specializes in foods of that era. We had tortierre (meat pie with elk and bison meat),
baked beans with maple syrup, pork meat balls with cinnamon and cardamon, fruit compote
and pickled beets, and sugar pie for dessert.
Jack and Mary Jagt are retired from the work of trading in natural rubber (Jack) and Intensive Care Nursing (Mary). They love to travel in their RV - nicknamed the Merrie Yacht. Recently moved from the home they raised their family in to a condo in a smaller town, they now have fewer home responsibilities and hope to be on the road more often.
