On January 5, Greg and Tara's wonderful black Lab, TieRod, lost his battle with cancer. He was a wonderful member of our family. Tie had a very gentle nature, was full of energy and gave lots of love to our family. He was a great companion for Greg and Tara as they camped, hiked, canoed and kayaked. Tie loved to swim. In our pool, he would jump in after a ball endlessly but was never one to put and 'p' in our 'ool'. When children were swimming, he kept herding them toward the shallow end to keep them safe. Always well behaved, everyone loved to have him come to visit and at our family reunions, he had numerous cousins who loved to take him for walks and to go through his tricks over and over. He was a patient dog!
We will miss him tremendously over the coming days and weeks. Tie - we all loved you!
