In Desert Hot Springs, California, this park is ideal - and so is the weather. We have had 80F days with clear blue skies. We will stay a week at Sky Valley. Because it is near the San Andreas Fault line, there are cracks in the earth and many natural hot springs bubbling near the surface. Here at Sky Valley, there are a total of 9 pools, each with different temperatures ranging from 84F to 104F. So you can move from cooler to hot and really relax arthritic joints and sooth sore muscles after hiking. It is also a Christian resort operated by a family
group and there are Bible study groups, Sunday services and concerts as well as the usual pinocle games. tennis and pickle ball. Jack went to a Men's Breakfast on Tuesday and met several other Canadians most from BC and Alberta.
