Further up Fish Creek, we came upon some ice left from the freezing temperatures last night. We have had a cold spell with temps going below freezing at night and barely up to 45F during the day. Also, we are at a higher elevation here, deep in the Superstition Mountains. The sun was lovely and it was warm in the car, so we ate our packed lunch here near the stream.
