Jack and Mary Jagt are retired from the work of trading in natural rubber (Jack) and Intensive Care Nursing (Mary). They love to travel in their RV - nicknamed the Merrie Yacht. Recently moved from the home they raised their family in to a condo in a smaller town, they now have fewer home responsibilities and hope to be on the road more often.

At the back of the house is the entrance to the upstairs apartment. Mary's parents lived here after they married in 1946 - Mary lived here after she was born until she was 3 years old.
